FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who is the Showroom Treatment for — and who isn’t it for?

The Showroom Treatment is designed for vehicles that need a high-level enhancement, deep interior cleaning and longer-lasting exterior protection. It’s ideal for owners who want machine polishing, hydrophobic sealing, odour treatment and interior extraction for a true showroom-style finish.

How often should I book the Showroom Treatment?

Most clients book the Showroom Treatment every 6 – 12 months depending on usage. For maintenance between showings, the Essential, Execeutive and Prestige packages keep the vehicle looking its best without repeating polish and ozone stages unnecessarily.

Arrival Time & Buffer Window

We aim to arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment where possible. Due to traffic, parking and previous bookings, we work with a 30-minute buffer window and keep you informed if delays occur.

Does the Showroom Treatment remove odours?

Yes — an ozone treatment is included to neutralise odours within the cabin. Severe or source-based odours (e.g. spills, mould, nicotine) may require targeted treatment beyond ozone alone.

How long does the Showroom Treatment take?

Typically 8 or more hours, depending on vehicle size, interior condition and paintwork. Larger vehicles or vehicles with heavier contamination may require more time.

Can you work in bad weather?

We can perform most of this service in typical outdoor conditions, but machine polishing can only be carried out in dry weather. Polishing in rain or damp conditions risks contaminants on the paint and can compromise both safety and results. If weather is unsuitable, we will discuss rescheduling or adapting the service accordingly.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No — we arrive fully equipped with our own water, power and professional products. You don’t need to provide anything.

What durability can I expect from the protection?

The ceramic paint sealant provides 6+ months of protection with hydrophobic performance, gloss retention and easier maintenance. Glass and interior finishes also receive protective treatments.

Does this package include ceramic coating?

We apply a ceramic paint sealant, which delivers strong gloss, water beading and 6+ months of protection — but this is not a true hard ceramic coating.

A professional-grade ceramic coating requires:

  • controlled indoor conditions,

  • longer curing times,

  • specific lighting and surface prep,

  • and zero exposure to moisture, dust or contamination.

This level of application is best done in a specialist shop, where the vehicle can remain indoors during application and curing. Our ceramic paint sealant is an excellent mobile-friendly solution, but we’re transparent about the differences.

Why is only a single-stage polish included?

Single-stage polishing offers noticeable gloss improvement and refinement while remaining suitable for mobile work. Multi-stage correction requires far more time, controlled lighting and a dust-free environment to safely chase deeper defects.

Polishing outdoors also introduces variables such as wind, moisture and airborne debris, which are not ideal for multi-stage work. Single-stage polishing strikes the balance between visible improvement and practical execution in a mobile setting, without compromising safety or finish quality.

Does the Showroom Treatment include machine polishing?

Yes — a single-stage machine polish is included to refine the paintwork, enhance gloss and reduce light wash swirls.
