We recommend booking Prestige Finish every 12 weeks, depending on mileage and usage. The spray sealant provides up to three months of protection when maintained correctly. If you want ongoing upkeep with less deep cleaning, Essential Care and Executive Package may suit better between visits.

Who is Prestige Finish for — and who isn’t it for?

The Prestige Finish is designed for vehicles that need a deeper clean, interior refresh and added paint protection beyond standard or mid-tier detailing. It’s ideal for owners who want light decontamination, tar/iron removal, upholstery treatment, vapour steam sanitising and up to three months of gloss protection. It’s not the right fit for severe paint defects, machine polishing, odour removal, mould, pet hair overload or heavy spill/stain recovery — those will require higher-level correction or specialist add-ons.

How long does the Prestige Finish service take?

Prestige Finish typically takes 4 – 5 hours, depending on vehicle size, level of contamination and interior condition. Larger vehicles or heavier soiling may take longer.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No — we arrive equipped with our own water, power and professional detailing products. You don’t need to supply anything.

What happens if my car needs extra work?

If additional work is recommended (e.g. stain extraction, pet hair removal, machine polishing), we’ll explain the options and pricing before starting. Nothing is done without your approval.

Do you work in bad weather?

Yes — Prestige Finish can be completed in most weather conditions. In heavier rain or high wind, we may use a pop-up gazebo to protect your vehicle and maintain quality.

Arrival Time & Buffer Window

We aim to arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment whenever possible. Due to traffic, parking and earlier bookings, we work to a 30-minute buffer window. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you informed.

Can Prestige Finish help remove light odours or bacteria?

Yes — steam cleaning and upholstery extraction help freshen interiors and sanitise touch points, but deep odours (smoke, pets, spills) require specialist treatment.

Does Prestige Finish include paint correction or machine polishing?

No — Prestige Finish enhances gloss and protection but does not remove scratches or swirls. Machine polishing/correction can be added at extra cost.
