How often should I book Executive Package?
We recommend booking the Executive Package every 4–6 weeks, as the added gloss and protection typically lasts up to around four weeks. This package is ideal for regularly used vehicles where ongoing protection and upkeep are important.
If you’re mainly looking to keep your car tidy and presentable, and protection or minor imperfections aren’t a priority, Essential Care may be the better fit.
Arrival Time & Buffer Window
We always aim to arrive earlier than your agreed time whenever possible. To allow for traffic, parking and earlier appointments, we work to a 30-minute buffer window. If we’re ever held up, we’ll always keep you informed.
Do you work in bad weather?
Yes. The Executive Package can be completed in most weather conditions. In heavier rain or poor conditions, we may use a pop-up gazebo to maintain quality and protect your vehicle.
Who is Executive Package for — and who isn’t it for?
The Executive Package is ideal if your car needs more than a basic tidy-up. It suits vehicles with heavier everyday dirt, light tar spots or interiors that need a deeper clean and added protection. It’s not designed for heavy contamination, deep stains, strong odours or paint correction — those are better suited to higher-tier services or add-ons.
How long does the Executive Package service take?
Most Executive Package services take around 2 – 3 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. Larger vehicles or heavier soiling may take slightly longer.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. We arrive fully equipped with our own water, power and professional products — you don’t need to provide anything.
What happens if my car needs extra work?
If additional work is recommended, we’ll explain the options and pricing before proceeding. No work is carried out without your approval.
