We always aim to arrive earlier than your agreed time whenever possible. To allow for traffic, parking and earlier appointments, we work to a 30-minute buffer window. If we’re ever held up, we’ll always keep you informed.

Yes. Essential Care can be carried out in most weather conditions. In heavy rain or poor weather, we may use a pop-up gazebo to maintain quality and protect your vehicle.
